Faronhof b&b bed and breakfast is located near to the center of Venice. We are based in the Venice area of Riviera Del Brenta, where all the famous palladian Villas are situated. At our bed and breakfast accommodation guests will be welcomed in a pleasant and familiar environment, enjoying all modern comforts while at the same time offering the peace and tranquillity of a house with a private garden. If you're looking for a relatively inexpensive accommodation in Venice, our homely bed and breakfast is a great choice. Offering two tastefully done up rooms with amenities like television and wi-fi internet access, the place offers you more than your money's worth. You can enjoy a barbecue with your family or just laze about in the charming little garden behind the house. Free bikes, bus tickets and organised excursions to the popular tourist sites around the city are some of the other services that we offer. Venice centre, Padua, Treviso and other important areas are close at hand.We speak fluent english and good french.

Our house is situated in Oriago di Mira, about 15km from Venice. It is located 500m from the Romea SS Road.
By Car: From the motorway A4: exit at MESTRE-VILLABONA and follow the signs for Ravenna (ss.romea) – Chioggia. After about 1 km, you will reach a big roundabout. Keep following the direction for Ravenna. After 1 km you will reach a set of traffic lights where by going straight you go to Ravenna and by turning right you go to Oriago. The turning on the right is Via Seriola Veneta (our road), follow it for about 1 km. and you will reach a little bridge, the house on the right.
By Bus: There is a direct bus from Piazzale Roma-Venice, you can catch it from bus lane D1 in Piazzale Roma, it is a BLU bus DIRECTION SOTTOMARINA, it runs at 25" and 55" of each hour. Ask to get off at INCROCIO TRA MALCONTENTA E ORIAGO (you must ask to stop because is a stop on request bus).You will get off at a traffic light. When you get off follow the road with the sign for Oriago and follow it for about 1 km. It is a small narrow road, called Via Seriola Veneta, with a little stream on the side. After 1 km. you will reach a little bridge, the house is on the right.
From VENICE MARCO POLO Airport: catch the bus for Venice Piazzale Roma. There you get the bus from bus lane D1 in Piazzale Roma, it is a BLU bus DIRECTION SOTTOMARINA, it runs at 25" and 55" of each hour. Ask to get off at INCROCIO TRA MALCONTENTA E ORIAGO (you must ask to stop because is a stop on request bus).You will get off at a traffic light. From TREVISO airport: there is a bus service from Treviso airport to Venice, you must catch this bus and get off at Mestre FS (train station), we can pick you up from there for euro 5.00 or alternativaly get off in Venice Piazzale Roma (end of the line) and get the bus from bus lane D1 in Piazzale Roma, it is a BLU bus DIRECTION SOTTOMARINA, it runs at 25" and 55" of each hour. Our house is very comfortable and we offer a Bed & Breakfast service in a quiet area of Oriago, far from the city noise but, at the same time, close to all main streets and at 500 meters only from the bus stops going to Venice, which can be reached in 15 minutes. (the bus leaves every 30 minutes, the last one from Venice at 24,00)
Our house is situated in Oriago di Mira (Venice), a town full of history, on the Riviera del Brenta, about 15km from Venice. It's located in a quiet and green countryside area 300m from the Romea SS Road. Our house is an excellent base for visits to Venice, Padua, Vicenza, Verona, Ferrara, the Euganean Hills' Regional Park, the Po Delta and Lake Garda. Local cooking and products are very good. Countryside visits are available on foot, by biker or riding. During the year there are many festivals and folk events: Redentore, Carnevale di Venezia, Regata.
